Shipping within the UK is free on all orders above £100.

Returns

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify us here within 14 days of receiving the product . You will then be entitled to a refund from Eighteen Carrots.

You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. This will be at your own cost unless the return is organised by our customer service department, in which case collection and return is ordinarily free of charge.

A full refund excluding any applicable delivery costs will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
